Liverpool CCG serves a population pf approx 450,000 patients and is made up of the 95 General Practices in the city, spending £750m each year on hospital and community health services for our patients, in a way which ensures the most effective services are available. To do this, we work with colleagues from hospitals, community services, the Local Authority and voluntary organisations. We want to involve our patients and the public in all that we do.
The CCG is especially interested in the use of technology to improve the health of people living with long term conditions.

The Hub team comes from a range of small local companies and partner organisations including Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group, Mersey Care NHS Trust and Liverpool City Council.
