www.moreindependent.co.uk is a site operated by Mi (more independent) (We).

Mi (more independent) is the brand name used by a group of organizations (including NHS Trusts and charities), led by Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group, who are working together to improve health and wellbeing in Merseyside.

3.3 You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

3.4 Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on our site must always be acknowledged.

We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities (may be by disclosing your identity to them). Mi itself does not sell commercial products and services to the public, although some of our partners do. Links on our site may be to companies and websites that offer commercial services, such as online purchases. Likewise, the Mi Helpline may signpost you to places where the types of product highlighted on our site can be purchased, assist you in the purchase through a linked partner, or signpost you to relevant events and services locally.

Please be aware that if you choose to purchase a product or service as a result of this, your commercial contract will be with the relevant organisation and not with Mi. As such, Mi cannot accept responsibility for the quality of the product or service , or any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

13. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from or related to a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or other relevant country. These terms of use are governed by English law.
